UAVTEK Standard Commercial End User Licence Agreement

 

This End User Licence Agreement (EULA) sets out the terms under which UAVTEK Limited licences its products, systems, software, firmware and associated materials.

By purchasing, accessing, operating or using any UAVTEK product, you agree to be bound by this EULA.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the product.

This EULA applies notwithstanding any conflicting purchase order or customer terms, unless expressly agreed in writing by UAVTEK.
 

Defence and Government Use

This Commercial EULA does not apply to defence, security or government supply. Such supply is governed exclusively by a separate UAVTEK Defence & Government End User Licence Agreement, provided contractually.
